Mrs. Longo holds degrees in business and media from Montclair State University and an M.A. in educational administration from Caldwell College.  She began her tenure at West Essex in 1991 as a Media Specialist in the Junior High School where she coordinated the technology program and developed numerous staff development programs. Mrs. Longo was the Director of Operations for the school district for three years.  Mrs. Longo is responsible for many initiatives in the district.  She was appointed Senior High School Principal on January 13, 2003.
